Our team
The board is composed of Chairman Lorenz Haslsteiner, Deputy Chairman Jonathan Koch, Treasurer Allan Bach, as well as Claus Wotruba as Head of Media and Communications. Markus Bauer serves as Auditor. Another very important supporter and advisor is Prof. Martin Schubert. The volunteer board generally meets every two to four weeks to coordinate the association’s activities.
The board’s duties are to lead and oversee the association. It also makes decisions, sets goals, and solves problems. Additionally, it carries out tasks that go beyond the work of the volunteer and employed staff.
The auditor examines the board’s financial management after the end of each fiscal year. Financial accounting is handled by the accounting firm Anja Schlechtendahl.
The general assembly of members ensures that the board acts in accordance with the association’s purpose, and it formally approves (entlastet) the board and the auditor each year, provided there are no irregularities.
